Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the application development process and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development. - Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and development methodologies. - Document application design, architecture, and technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Veeva CRM. - Knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration and customization. - Experience with data migration and integration in Veeva CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
