Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience with cloud-based technologies and services, including Microsoft Azure. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
