Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Primavera EPPM, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Understanding of Project planning and scheduling concepts -Understanding of Project Controls techniques, Risk Management - -Understanding of Project portfolio and program management -Understanding of Ideation, Evaluation, Budgeting, Resource planning and optimization - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Primavera EPPM. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of technical skills and knowledge. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: -Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud solution other comparable solutions, such as Oracle P6 EPPM, MS Project Server, OPPM Oracle Primavera Portfolio management, PRA Primavera Risk Analysis B:Experience working in Project Management environment, familiar with PM terms and processes - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
