Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications by overseeing the development process. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and data structures. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday data mapping and conversion solutions. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques. - Familiarity with Workday security and access controls. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - Certification in Workday HCM and experience in Data in Retail industry is a must.
