Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Tax Accounting to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, utilizing your expertise in Tax Accounting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Tax Accounting. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Tax Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Tax Accounting or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
