Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Python programming language. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Python programming language. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python programming language and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python programming language. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
