Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise, ensuring that the project remains on track and aligned with organizational goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a productive environment where team members can thrive and contribute effectively to the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. - Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. - Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. - Solid understanding of project management best practices, including scope, schedule, and budget management. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
