Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud and Cloud Data Migration to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead PD/PDH Track as part of Cloud ERP implementations - Lead Data Migration track for Cloud ERP implementations - Lead Enterprise Data Readiness Assessments - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud and Cloud Data Migration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS implementations in MDM/PDH suite, data migrations - Hands-on techno-functional experience in Cloud implementations in MDM/PDH suite, data migrations - Strong written and communication skills - Strong work ethics - Open minded and flexible attitude to take up new responsibilities/learnings for career growth - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Data Migration. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. - Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to team members. - Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
