Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Have 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP Hybris e-commerce software applications - Expert in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) foundational concepts, data modeling with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and integrations. - Excellent knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) core concepts and commerce concepts, development of extensions and add-ons. - Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications. - Test applications to ensure they are functioning as expected and meet customer needs. - Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris, Java, and related technologies. - Experience with databases such as SQL and SAP HANA. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Provide Level 3 technical support to clients, addressing complex issues related to SAP Hybris application - Is able to connect with customer and manage stakeholder expectations - Good status reporting skills - Ability to manage 24 * 7 support team - Collaborate with the development team to enhance and optimize applications. - Document solutions and develop support guidelines and manuals. - Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on problem-solving and debugging techniques. - Proven experience in a Level 3 Support role or similar. - Strong development background with experience in Java and J2EE. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
