Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing system configurations and implementing robust security measures to protect employee data and streamline HR operations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee system configurations and ensure their accuracy - Implement robust security measures to protect employee data - Streamline HR operations - Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and understand business needs - Make key decisions regarding application design and functionality - Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM - Experience with Workday Core HCM and Security functions - Strong understanding of system configurations in Workday - Knowledge of implementing robust security measures in Workday - Experience in overseeing system configurations and ensuring their accuracy - Familiarity with streamlining HR operations using Workday - Solid grasp of application design and functionality - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Directed Workday Core HCM and Security functions overseeing system configurations and implementing robust security measures to protect employee data and streamline HR operations is required
