Summary: As an Application Lead for Change Management, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of change management solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of change management solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects within timelines and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to identify and prioritize change management requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans, to ensure successful delivery of change management solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for change management processes. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, including experience with change management tools and processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to change management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Change Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful change management solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
