Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data flow and enhancing operational efficiency by seamlessly connecting HR systems with external platforms through robust Workday integrations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. - Ensure timely and successful completion of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. - Support the implementation and maintenance of integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Document integration processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of HR systems and processes. - Experience in designing and developing robust Workday integrations. - Knowledge of integration tools and technologies. - Experience with data mapping and transformation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio. - Experience with Workday EIBs. - Experience with Workday Report Writer. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A designed and developed robust Workday integrations seamlessly connecting HR systems with external platforms to ensure accurate data flow and enhance operational efficiency is required. - Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
