Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, managing the team, and engaging with stakeholders to make key decisions and provide solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the application development process - Manage the team and ensure timely delivery of projects - Collaborate with stakeholders to make key decisions - Provide solutions to problems and troubleshoot issues - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements - Mentor and guide junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Performance Optimization - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance monitoring tools - Strong understanding of IT performance optimization principles - Experience in analyzing and optimizing application performance - Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools - Familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools - Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Performance Optimization - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
