Summary: As a Salesforce Development Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Development, leading the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure project success. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of technical skills and knowledge. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in Salesforce Development. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
