Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project and ensuring successful delivery of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring successful delivery of the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application meets business requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Robotic Process Automation tools and technologies. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with software development tools such as Visual Studio and Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
