Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using OpenText ECM Tools. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, .NET, or other programming languages. - Must have SAP Implementation Skills - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in project management, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
