Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management to deliver impactful solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP TM Transportation Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP GTS. - Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management implementation, configuration, and customization. - Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
