Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring effective communication between teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication between teams - Oversee the application development process - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica Data Quality - Strong understanding of database administration principles - Experience in designing and implementing database solutions - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques - Familiarity with data modeling and database design - Experience with database security and access control - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
