Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP CO Product Cost Controlling, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - 1. Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Product Costing modules, including scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. 2. Collaborate with key stakeholders from finance, accounting, operations, and IT departments to gather requirements and define business processes related to product costing. 3. Configure SAP Product Costing modules based on business requirements, including cost component structures, cost estimates, and cost object controlling. 4. Stay current with SAP best practices, updates, and industry trends related to product costing and cost accounting. 5. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, cost object controlling, cost component structures, and overhead allocation methods. 6. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules related to product costing (e.g., CO-PC, CO-PA, Material Ledger). 7. Proficiency in SAP configuration, data migration, testing, and reporting tools related to product costing. 8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP PP modules. - Experience in leading SAP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of SAP CO Product Cost Controlling processes and best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP implementation projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
