Summary: As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of TIBCO BusinessWorks-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, requirements, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Hawk. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with Java, J2EE, and web services technologies such as SOAP and REST. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
