Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Master Data Migration to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success. - Utilize your expertise in SAP Master Data Migration to develop and implement effective data migration strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Master Data Migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, and PP. - Strong understanding of data migration strategies and best practices. - Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration. - The candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
