Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the primary skill. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using AWS as the primary skill. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
