Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and other relevant technologies. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and related technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Packaged Application Development technologies such as .NET Framework, C#, and SQL Server. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and related technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Packaged Application Development solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
