Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to project plans, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management. - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting best practices and configuration options. - Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to project plans. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
