Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA to deliver impactful solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications utilizing SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA as the primary skill. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. -Must have SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt Good to have the experience of configuring Main and Sub, GL creation, Dunning, bank account statements, and BPEM cases Good to have the knowledge on Day to day financial activities of Utility companies for all the payment related files - Should have the knowledge of giving estimates on minor and major enhancements related to FICA Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Utilities Retail. - Strong understanding of Packaged Application Development and Software Engineering. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. - Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks. -Resource must have experience in Configuration of different types of Dunning levels, Due dates for sending reminder letters to customer for payment and different types of payment like payment lot, check lot, third party vendor, IVR Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
