Summary: As an Application Lead for Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with data analytics tools, leading a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of data analytics applications, utilizing tools such as Python, R, and SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and developers, to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. - Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Design and implement data analytics solutions, including data modeling, data visualization, and data mining techniques. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and data mining techniques. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
