Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, .NET, and SQL Server. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
