Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP Environment Health & Safety Management applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP Environment Health & Safety Management applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as SAP EHSM, SAP EHS, and SAP EHS Management. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP applications. - Strong understanding of SAP best practices and standards. - Experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
