Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, managing the team, and providing technical guidance and solutions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. - Oversee the application development process and ensure timely delivery. - Manage and mentor the team, providing technical guidance and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance, Splunk Administration, Python (Programming Language), Docker Kubernetes Administration. - Splunk, Python, UiPath RPA, Scripting, Integration Skills API/Troubleshooting, Infra skills System Administration, Docker Administration Skills, Regular Expressions - Prompt engineer ??Python scripting, LLM, ML, AI Technologies, ChatGPT - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable applications. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
