Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .Net Full Stack Development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of .Net Full Stack Development applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code, conducting code reviews and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in .Net Full Stack Development, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members to drive innovation and excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development, Kafka, Korber - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful application development projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
