Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, managing the team, and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the application development process and ensure timely delivery. - Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Contribute to key decisions and provide technical expertise. - Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery. - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application development processes. - Train and onboard new team members. - Assist in resource planning and allocation. - Support the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance. - Document and maintain application design and configuration. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. - Experience in leading Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies. - Ability to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
