Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously learning and growing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Packaged Application Development, including experience with other ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, and DataStage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, and DataStage. - Strong understanding of database design and development, including experience with SQL Server and other relational databases. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
