Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Conversational AI Architect to join our team and take on a pivotal role in designing and developing conversational AI solutions on the Azure stack. The Conversational AI Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative and effective conversational AI designs and ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of these solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of conversational AI models, utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure conversational AI applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the quality and integrity of data sets, employing data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Must-Haves: Extensive experience in developing and deploying chatbots on the Microsoft Azure stack. Proficiency with Azure services relevant to chatbot development, including Azure Bot Service, LUIS, QnA Maker, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services. Experience with machine learning and AI services on Azure, such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and Cognitive Services Integrate chatbots with various data sources, APIs, and external systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange. Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the understanding and responsiveness of chatbots. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, NodeJS or JavaScript. Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and dialogue management techniques. Ability to design complex conversation flows and create compelling user experiences. Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting and optimizing chatbot solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
