Position Overview We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global headless e-commerce platform serving direct-to-consumer sales for home appliances across multiple websites. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain the reliability of our global headless e-commerce platform • Implement and manage observability solutions for performance monitoring • Design and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Optimize platform performance and scalability for global D2C operations • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment practices • Manage incident response and post-mortem analysis processes Required Experience • 4+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or similar roles • Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and architecture • Background in e-commerce platforms, preferably headless architecture • Experience managing global, high-availability systems • Proven track record in incident management and system reliability Required Capabilities • Cloud Expertise: Advanced AWS knowledge (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.) • Platform Management: Experience with headless e-commerce architectures • Monitoring & Observability: Proficiency with monitoring tools and alerting systems • Automation: Infrastructure automation and self-healing system design • Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize for global scale and performance • Communication: Strong incident communication and documentation skills15 years full time education
