Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Conversational AI Architect to join our team and take on a pivotal role in designing and developing conversational AI solutions on the AWS stack. The Conversational AI Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative and effective conversational AI designs and ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of these solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of conversational AI models, utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure conversational AI applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the quality and integrity of data sets, employing data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Must-Haves: In-depth knowledge and experience with AWS services and tools relevant to conversational AI, such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, Amazon Comprehend, AWS QnA, Transcribe, Amazon CloudWatch etc. Experience with other AWS services such as Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, AWS Kendra, Step Function, LLM services and AWS Lambda. Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including language understanding, intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management. Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AWS, such as Python, NodeJS JavaScript. Experience designing and developing conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voice assistants. Ability to create detailed conversation flows, user stories, and dialogue scripts. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of information retrieval and question-answering systems.
