Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the automation testing efforts within the team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.Utilize expertise in automation testing methodologies, particularly within the TOSCA suite, to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. Technical Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Functional domain knowledge, specializing in ERP/PRT/SCM/CX/HCM/WACS/OFS/CCS modules. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide testing solutions aligned with business objectives. Drive excellence in functional testing, leveraging automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Engage in client interactions to gather requirements, provide updates on testing progress, and address any concerns or queries. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and providing support to foster their professional development. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and concise reporting on testing activities and outcomes.
