Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP FI CO Finance and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Oversee the entire application development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Manage the team's performance - Make key decisions - Contribute to the overall success of the project Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: The candidate should have a minimum of 9+ years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance and 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) application development. - Must have knowledge on DRC (Document and Reporting compliance) and other tax and Withhold tax reports. - Must Have Skills: Experience in GST and tax portals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI) business processes and configuration related to Tax area. - Knowledge on integration with other SAP modules (SD and MM) and third-party systems (i.e Concur). - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
