Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of application projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - 10 + years of experience in on -prem and cloud Platform. - Strong experience in Linux platform handling. - Strong 4-5 years of experience in AWS infrastructure handling for security. - Understanding on devops and patching related activities. - Experience in shell /Python scripting. - Ability to lead team of 4-5 members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and configuration management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients. - Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 10 PM IST [Weekdays] Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Linux Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
