SAP Development and Functional Roles (with Language Translation Expertise) Project Role Description: The SAP Application Developer is tasked with designing, building, and configuring SAP applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP modules for both application management support processes and system integration requirements. Proficiency in Japanese Language is essential to facilitate effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding and experience across various SAP Basis module SAP Certification in relevant module. Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1, N2 or N3 OR NAT Q1, Q2 or Q3) with strong Japanese communication skills Technology skills: SAP BASIS Administration Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Educational Qualification: Minimum of 15 years of full-time education. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the App Services team in India and Japan, coordinating with clients on the design, build, and testing of SAP IT applications. Engage effectively with Japanese native-speaking stakeholders, using Japanese as the primary communication language. Create and document the configuration design and specifications, ensuring traceability to the requirements. Configure SAP packages to develop business flows as per design specifications. Collaborate with functional teams and business users to define development requirements and integrate SAP systems according to business needs. Technical Experience: Expertise in SAP application architecture, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements as per specifications. Experience with SAP BASIS Administration. Familiarity with tech support practices within SAP environments. Professional Attributes: Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English and Japanese, facilitating clear understanding and project alignment among team members and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing and exceeding stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Presentation Skills: Proficient in presenting technical details and project statuses to a diverse audience, enhancing understanding and support for SAP projects.
