Summary: As a Salesforce Omnistudio Platform Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using the Salesforce platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
