Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and recommend innovative solutions. - Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them enhance their technical skills. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. - - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Core HCM modules. - - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. - - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools. - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs. - - Familiarity with Workday Studio and calculated fields. - - Knowledge of Workday business process framework. Additional Information: - - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - - A Must have relevant delivery experience as Delivery Manager is required. -- Mandatory to have related Certifications
