Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Node.js. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Node.js. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. - Ensure the quality and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. -Have very strong communication interpersonal skills able to interact with all levels in the organization 2 Strong team player who takes initiative, well organized, structured 3 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhere to strict deadlines 4 Flexible, adaptable Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS Administration, and Azure VMware Solution. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of testing and debugging techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Well-versed in Node JS with exposure to NestJS Framework, Typescript, AWS Lambda and PostgreSQL - Create clear, simple, and reusable code Implementing security and data protection protocols 3 Troubleshooting and ensuring a timely resolution of issues 4 Build, maintain, and evolve REST APIs, core libraries, and services 5 Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers and designers to build website following client requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
