Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HTML, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CSS and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing responsive web applications. - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
