Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms. - Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Hands-on experience with data modeling and database design. - Familiarity with data governance and security principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
