Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, overseeing development activities, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design application architecture and ensure scalability and performance. - Oversee development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Must have minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
