Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and overseeing the development process. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Candidate will be required to create visual assets in developing impactful learning material. This includes creating training courses related to Oracle Fusion / ERP modules that enables end users to understand the Oracle applications and enables them to perform their daily tasks / job processes on Oracle Cloud ERP. - Liaison with key stakeholders both internal & external to understand the training requirements based on user roles and develop course curriculum. - Write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, practice activities, and assessments. Evaluation of training assessments - Develop communications to help stakeholders understand the project progress. (e.g., Newsletters, Event communications) - Works with the training coordinator as needed to develop training content using PowerPoint & or eLearning modules. - Support in development of Assets and Accelerators which can help Clients in their digital transformation journey. - Should be able to work in a team, accept feedback and show continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Good understanding of Oracle Supply Chain & Finance Cloud modules - Ability to understand customer challenges & develop relevant Training & Communication content using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word documents - 5 to 6 years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing. - Responsible to work on eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline & Camtasia and develop eLearning courses, creating slides/pages, aligning graphics and text, editing audio and video elements - Responsible for producing the course slides/pages Includes creating/editing PPT training modules, audio editing/Video editing/text alignment/Graphical alignment/feedback implementation (client & internal) - Certification in any of the Oracle Cloud applications would be an added advantage - Good communication, Open to challenges, Ability to learn new modules quickly and deliver the content - Good English communication and preferably good exposure to Oracle ERP modules / Supply Chain Management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A degree in any discipline is required.
