Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of tailored Workday Talent Management solutions, optimizing employee development and performance evaluation processes to align with organizational goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and overseeing the application development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Talent Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team. - Oversee the application development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workday Talent Management. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience in implementing tailored Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions. - Knowledge of Workday configuration and customization. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Implemented tailored Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions optimizing employee development and performance evaluation processes to align with organizational goals. - Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
