Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Python. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating technical findings effectively and utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python and application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Ensure the quality and integrity of data through data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
