Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP MM Materials Management, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP MM Materials Management applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of the organization. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP MM Materials Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP MM Materials Management, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fiori. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP MM Materials Management applications. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics. - Experience in providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
