Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Workday Core HCM, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Oversee the development process and ensure the successful implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday US Payroll. - Strong understanding of Workday functional resources with Payroll Analyst experience. - Experience streamlining payroll processes and ensuring compliance accuracy. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. - Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and US Payroll configuration. - Knowledge of Workday security and reporting. - Experience with Workday integrations and custom report development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Proficient Workday functional resource with Payroll Analyst experience streamlining payroll processes and ensuring compliance accuracy is required. - Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
